I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory, and i feel compelled to share my concerns. Throughout our stay, we found ourselves having to repeatedly request basic amenities that should have been readily available in the room and washroom. Simple necessities like water, towels, soaps, and a dental kit had to be specifically asked for, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. This lack of preparation is not what we expected. However, the most unacceptable part of our stay occurred during our checkout. Despite the 10 am checkout time, at precisely 10:15 am, the lights in our room were abruptly cut off, leaving us in complete darkness. This type of behavior is unprofessional and utterly disrespectful. If late charges are applicable, it is standard practice to inform guests and handle it courteously, not by forcefully cutting off the electricity and putting them in such an uncomfortable situation. This experience has left us extremely disappointed, and i hope you understand that such actions are not in line with the basic standards of hospitality. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure future guests do not have to endure such treatment.

We had a great experience here. Everything was good except the power. We faced several power outages due to which the ac didn't worked. Apart from that i'd definitely recommend staying here. The staff was good and was well spoken too.

Staff was very cooperative, they provided late checkout at no cost. They were available for any issue in just 1 call. Food was tasty.

Nice hotel surrounded by nature agree fields. Enough parking place. Near highway, easy to commute anywhere in haridwar taking highway route.

Room were ok, but washroom was not clean. Bucket was dirty i had booked two rooms, in one room ac was not working and service was slow.

Actually in mm t hotel seems good with lot of facelities but in actual no lift, wifi, bedding was also not nee t and clean. Sorry i do not have pics

Hotel was very nice, room was very neat and clean, washroom was very clean, food was superb, it was pleasant experience, 10 min from har ki pauri, highly recommended.

It's a lovely warm with warm hospitality. Rooms are fairly big, well maintained & neat & clean. Room price offered by mmt is quite pocket friendly. Staff is super friendly & assist you with everything. Reaching to hear ki pauri is even quite convenient. 10 mins drive. A good place for event too. All together a nice property. Would recommend to everyone.

One of the finest hotel in haridwar i ever stayed. Room allotted to me was well maintained had all the amenities. Staff at the reception was super friendly. Food quality is good. Easily accessible having big space for parking. Highly recommended
