A good hotel to stay in Haridwar

Terrible Stay
They don't have driver's stay, cars are parked in open even in heavy rain.Imagine someone driving for 600 kms and then sleeping in car on open area with heavy rain.Charges extra tax along with additional charge on mrp products, they are selling on high price the mrp products and then adding tax on it, unethical. Didnt informed that driver's food will be with tax.

Good Stay
The property is at prime location. The rooms are cosy and comfortable.The staff is really nice and are really helpful. The food is amazing. Do try the Rogan Josh and the buffet serves a lot of different variety in breakfast. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

EXCELLENT STAY IN FORTUNE PARK Haridwar
My stay in Fortune Park Hotel, along with my family, was a wonderful experience. The location of Hotel is excellent ( away from city noise but still within city limits) with ample parking facilities. Room size was total fit for my family with all amenities including wi-fi. Very neat and clean room with comfortable bed. Romm services were very prompt with excellent in- room dining services. Even food was very good and reasonably priced. The morning breakfast spread was excellent with ample choices. Smooth Check-in and Check-out. Overall, it was an excellent stay for my entire family. Full marks to staff of the hotel.

Pleasant stay at Fairfield Marriott
We had booked 2N stay on the return leg if our 2 dham yatra, but due to weather disruptions, we arrived late and could stay 1N only. At our request, hotel staff allowed us 2 extra hours for check out. Located little away from the din and bustle of Haridwar, hotel is perfect modern set up, with clean hygienic, spacious rooms. Our club rooms were good. Breakfast & dinner buffet were tasty and had wide variety. Did not have time to explore gym, probably swimming pool is missing. Warm hospitable staff, a good hotel to stay, I remember Deepak at front desk specifically for his friendly behaviour.

No Support in Emergencies – Not Recommended.
The staff are not cooperative when guests are facing issues. For example, guest were stuck at a dham due to bad weather, but the hotel staff did not understand the situation or offer any support, such as providing a credit note for future bookings. Also, the dinner and breakfast were not good.

Location is good, connected to NH Haridwar to Delhi. Great service. They upgraded our room as we were 3 person along with a kid. Great experience.
