Very terrible stay.. staff was rude and ill mannered.. there was no hot water for bathing, I found hair in the food.. which on request was changed, but hygiene is poorly maintained. Rooms are renovated and have paint odour, rooms are v small. And if one turns on the bed the entire mattress bed shakes.. disturbing the sleep of the other partner.. there was loud music until 2 in the mid night and landline wasn’t working in the room, again the music interrupted our sleep at around 5 in the morning.. very poorly maintained hotel and hospitality.. I would never go back to this hotel ever again!

Good packaged deal
Regenta is a good stay for someone who is looking at pleasant stay with medium range pricing but great package deal. They have good food, great service, awesome swimming pool, a must try wellness spa and heart felt beach location that is almost private to guests. For us Miss Saloni at reception desk stood out as the most humble and positive face along with help. She not only helped us with pleasant stay but helped us with room upgrade too. Great Stay
Stayed at Baywatch with family. Very Good Location, the food and Services were very good. The Swimming Pool is awesome. Beach is just 90 mtrs away. A value for money.

Nice Experience despite the Rain
We had a nice stay at the property. The staff was very polite and helpful. Food was good and there were enough options. The place looked beautiful, especially with the rains. Because of the weather, we couldn't go out much, but we still had a good time. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable experience.

We had expected a beach view which wasn’t available at the moment and the cost was too high for an average looking room we look forward to watch them reduce the price of baywatch as it is not the view people want to see

familyIt was a pathetic stay, firstly we arrive there at 5 pm which means late check in still they have not provided the correct roo m which was booked. After n hr right room was provided. Breakfast area was too clumsy with limited options. Refilling of item was delayed. after complaining manager arranged a reserved table for us on the next day which somehow complimented that chaos. Next day in the property area some other guest hit our car and security staff has not done anything for that and not even informed us. when we checked that and asked for the compensation as it was a rental car they started arguing. after lot of agrument they agreed to adjust it with our fnb bill. These were unnecessary chaos was created when you are in holiday. on the cleanliness side it was not up to the mark. Room service was too slow. So i would say a completely unpleasant stay.

property was good but services were poor. room cleaning can enter your room without your permission if you are outside... no connection with make my trip , rooms were not up to the mark as shown in pic. cab facility was good but at high rates.

Decent experience
family with 1 kidI recently stayed at Baywatch Resort in South Goa for three nights. The location is quite good, with a peaceful beach just 200 meters away. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Traveling with a toddler, I appreciated their promptness in providing milk whenever requested. Additionally, they were kind enough to offer us an extended check-out, which made our departure much more convenient. However, the infrastructure of the resort needs improvement—the rooms are old, and the bathrooms had a persistent foul smell. While the pool is clean and well-maintained, the food experience was mixed—breakfast was nice, but à la carte service was extremely slow, and the food was just average. The beds were not very comfortable, and the towels were old and worn out. Overall, it’s a decent option for families, with good service and polite staff, but the property falls short of expectations in terms of quality and upkeep.

familyOverall good experience! nice resort with pool, good amenities and delicious food. Staff is decent. Found lil pricey. Cleaning and refilling is not that regular and explicit. Suite/room services are slower. Mostly booked for marriages in wedding seasons. Location is decent nearby beaches of colva, benilim, sernabatim and varca @ south goa. Still, recommended. Thanks!

Decent stat
coupleStay was decent (it could be great) due to ongoing events. The food was excellent. Best part is beach is nearby (walking distance - hardly 7 minutes) from the hotel.
