Review Of Paradise Heritage Resort

Excellent location. Resort was like a garden , big rooms.decent bathrooms, room service will take time and they told us up front but affordable rates and good taste. Not much of indoor activities that was the only concern I had. Worth a visit.

My family wanted a staycation, we planned 2 nights stay at paradise heritage kumarakom. Property is good, they have a big coutryard with backwater front. Villas are good too, nothing fancy but it met our expectations. We opted free breakfast booking. Breakfast was good , options are limited but what you have there is good food. Lunch, dinner and snacks are available at their restaurant. Menu is a good one. You can order and have. Pool facility is available, its a decent pool with max 6ft depth and min 2ft or 3 ft. Housekeeping staffs are friendly and did good job. All staffs are friendly. Overall , Paradise Heritage Resort is a good option, those who are looking for a stay at this kinda place.

Had a wonderful stay at Kumarakom Paradise Resort! The peaceful backwater views, clean and spacious rooms, and warm hospitality made it a memorable experience. Loved the authentic Kerala food and relaxing environment . A perfect getaway to unwind and connect with nature. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

we had a great time at this resort. we booked 2 cottages and we had a wonderful stay especially my parents. Swimming pool with lake view and boat house add more fun for your stay.

Great staff. But management needs to improve on maintainance. Bulbs in the room and outside were not working.

we found this location through the MakeMyTrip app. The place and the sunset view was wonderful. I recommend this place for couples who have been married recently and not for a family with more than 2 numbers.

stayed at paradise for 2 nights and it was just perfect. the room, the environment, the view, the food etc was more than what i expected off this property. you guys deserve more stars. the staff is the sweetest and so accommodating. room service and all other services were perfectly on time. easy access to the auto service, one such auto person and the best time we had was cheta(brother, definitely contact him to take you around - aneesh -

It’s a paradise, calm and serene, a small area with twelve cottages nestled besides the lake and in between canals. There is small pedal boating which can be done in the canal. Swimming pool facing the lake. Lots of trees and beautiful garden. House boat facility is there. Dinner at restaurant was great and all staff were caring.

The resort has beautiful view of lake. Room was clean. Service was prompt. Pool was clean and functional.

Very nice and beautiful views in lake side. Properties are very nice, room is neat and clean. Also staff behaviour was good complimentary food breakfast was excellent. Over all very nice experience in the resort, very calm and queit place to refresh our mind. Thanks to paradise and staff for their service.
