Review Of Cocobay Resort

It was good but could improve. Staff could act a bit more responsibly and swiftly. Our room Tv channels were not recharged inspite of reminding. Food could be better considering the price charged.

Enjoyed the tranquility and peace of the hotel located on the lake the boat ride to reach the main hotel building is an interesting experience.

Property was very scenic and the stay was memorable.

One of the worst experiences so far. Only thing better about this place is the location and view. Rooms are terrible, even if u pay 2k. The room standards are very bad. The flus lh was half broken and not working. Shower head was not working properly. Rooms lack space, tv was not working. Food was terribly overpriced. We can pay it if it’s any good. But the food was terrible. The problem is that due to the location we cannot get food from any other place. The place badly needs renovation.The staff were courteous and kind.

it is truly a paradise. very private resort with a wide view of the lake. the access by small boat is very romantic. rooms are decent, although in need of a little upgrade here and there. great pool with lake view.

It was a pleasant stay. The resort is lake facing and we took massage also thats also something i recommend for sure. However i would suggest them to have room slippers otherwise a pleasant stay.

Good location, good hospitality and services by entire staff right from manager to food service people, the person who took our luggage on arrival and drop throug country boat rendered excellent service food was also tasty rooms are clean and hygenic. The surrounding and view are right place for relaxation

It was a lovely property with such a great view of vembanad lake. Even though property is small it doesn't matter because of the view. They have a place for indoor games like table tennis, chess and carroms. The food was so delicious. The staffs took special care of us. The rooms were all looking neat and tidy. They have a space for yoga and swimming pool as well.

The resort was amazing.The rooms were neat and clean . The staff was very friendly and accommodating . I had a great stay and will recommend to everyone to go and relax in the property.

Location was great along with the facilities. But the food was not that great as per price. Amenities and services were also good.

The property is beautiful and the room was comfortable. The boat ride to entrance was very thrilling. Breakfast spread was limited but good. There can be some transportation issues in the area.

The property is small but beautiful. However the kind of price the management has charged (i. E. 29000- for 2 rooms for one night. It is not worth it at all. The rooms are dark, not well lit. Leaky taps in bathroom. Not enough provision of the floor mat of hand towels. The bathroom latch is not working. Swimming pool water is dirty, lots of dry leaves and dead insects in the water. The property has just one restaurant and very limited options for vegetarians. The food is too spicy. The chef couldn't perfect a basic fresh lime soda recipe right. Not much staff in the restaurant. Waiting time for your food is a minimum of 45 minutes. The good thing is the lake view offered by the property. Management needs to think of guests comfort seriously

We had a very nice stay in cocobay resort. Location of the resort is amazing. The staff, surya and raymond are very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

It's a hidden jewel, very well positioned property right on the bank of magnificent back waters of kumarakom, thrilling experience of coming in a boat to my room then from room directly boarding for boat safari. Very beautiful and well maintained resort with a very friendly staff a must visit property in kumarakom.
