Very bad facilities,not enough staff available,very bad food. Its not a resort

stay & ambiance was gud.......... excellent property... not too crowded...

I stayed at the resort with my family for one day and it was a good stay. The room was clean and neat. The ambience of the resort is superb. Bathrooms were maintained well. We opted a superior room and the location was also very convenient.

Old property and not well maintained. Plates in the restaurant is very old and colour has changed. Corridors are very weakly maintained. Wifi was not available and ask for refund. I booked for 2 rooms and while booking it went automatically to 1 room. I booked for two rooms. When confirmed booking it came 1 room. There was no wifi. Old property. Swimming pool not good. No proper maintenance

Nice stay with great ambience. Only drawback is poor response from staff

Plea-sent ambience. Looks like traditional kerala tharavadu feeling. Healthy breakfast. Good amenities.

Location and facilities were excellent. only issue we faced was with food. only few options available that too dinner and breakfast only. we complained about quality of one food item and reception very politely said that we can't resolve it 😂 how sweet...!

Very good support from front office mr. Williams. They upgraded our stay and arranged shikara boating for us.

I stayed two nights in that resort (room ) and i didn’t like the rooms and the facilities. I tried their breakfast buffet twice it includes only poori, dosa, bread toast and juice. Not even thought to try their food. If you really wanted to stay i would recommend to have your food in kottayam. Only the external look is attractive for photos. I noticed a hole in bathroom roof.

No idea why they are mentioned as resort when its nothing like a resort- if looking for a small hotel to stay this might be o key but don’t even consider as a resort. Rooms are extremely old and not maintained at all and will take ages to even get the door locked. Food is pathetic as well.

We had a good experience from this resort, the services are very good. The food is very tasty. Rooms are cleaned, the ambience is very good.

The service is entirely bad and utter waste. You are so lucky if you come out live after a stay. Ac didn't work, tv, and staff behaviour is tough and lucky if they are not beat.

Property looks as a heritage. But missed the professional staff and welcome. Food was average. Restaurant staff was not efficient. Services not upto the mark. Room was not assigned as committed. Overall average hotel. One can get better options in this price.

The resort is poorly maintained. Lizard poop every where. Very less staff. Dampness marks in room wall. Broken floors. Not worth the price i have paid. Only the pics looks great.

The service men are polite. The location is just beside paddy field where the good rooms open up to this view. The pool is also clean and tidy. Due to winds it might have leaves on it but the water was clean

We took a room for a night and we loved the placed. It was really good. The rooms was clean and neat and everything was good except the bathroom tools were not that functional. Like the heater was not working and slightly the shower handle came out. Other than this everything was good.

It was an average experience with khr. The room was clean but the ac didn’t work as expected. They had only dosa and bhatura for breakfast. The position of tv was not perfect. We couldn’t watch tv from our bed.

Dining is not fast overall. Too slow.

Decent stay, food was good. Horse riding was not available though horses were there. Pool was there.
