Hotel was good. Roomy and clean. Hot water was available. Room service was good. An enjoyable and comfortable stay.

it was great experience. Food also great. 3 km distance from railway station. it is a 3 star hotel in kayamkulam.

Stay was excellent, hotel staff was very polite. Hygeine was excellent. Food was delicious. I stayed with my wife and kid for 4 days it was a memorable stay for us.

The geyser were not working and toilet had an unpleasant smell.

They did not provide me hotel bill, saying that you have booked. So anyone who is booking they will not give them hotel bill with gst included. I requested and asked them multiple times that i'll be needing to claim the amount for my company. gst invoice of hotel is to be collected from hotel check out. Then why are they are giving me this ?

We were there for a family function. Rooms was good. They gave me a upgrade. Food was really tasty. Staff very hospitale. Overall comfortable stay

Very good hospitality and rooms are very clean

This type of stay never experienced in my life. 1) finding the location itself was difficulty after getting help of goggle map. 2) its a third class lodge, worthful less than rs 800-, i have paid - for deluxe room charges. 3) dirty bed, curtain. No table chair available. 4) bathroom is very small in size. Hand was touching while bathing. 5) no food, no tea.

Location is good, rooms are okay for me and my mother. Staff also good. Breakfast starts quite late. Still scope for improvement, like placing odonil or some other freshener in the washroom.

Staff was extremely good mannered but bathroomheater was not available so was bit difficult with 2 kids curtains in bathroom really pathetic ac full of dust bedsheets were not clean. Had some stains bed cofee or tea available only by 8 30. Which is difficult for early birds buckets not clean. Faucet condition not really impressed

Pros: cheap ac was working well. Cons: small place when i walked in, no one at the reception for atleast 20min. Bed sheets not clean. Ambience poor. Towel had black stains. Service: mostly it was self service. Smelly rooms - damp smell. No telephone in the rooms. No emergency contact details given in room. Summary: slightly pricy for the facility provided, but over cheap compared to other hotels. Maintenance below average standards. Did not have food there, so do not know about food service. This is a great place for those who want to travel cheap, and just looking for a quick shelter and wouldn't mind the cleanliness, or ambience

Wrist dealings with customers. No proper reply from staffs.

Due to the pandemic the restaurant was not open so food had to be ordered from out. The staff is very courteous and prompt. Peaceful stay.

We had a late check-in at Hotel Kalai and the receptionist was least aware of the booking. We were initially given a room that had a terrible odour. My father complained of suffocation and they gave another room which had some smell but was manageable. The air conditioning wasn't sufficient. Although the room was good we felt an overall lack of preparedness.

Average Hotel with average rooms. I think it is high priced for a place like Kayamkulam.
