The hotel was good and worth the price. The rooms were good and the staff was helpful with all our needs. We did not opt for breakfast but the management was kind to provide us with breakfast. Great work by the team. I surely recommend this hotel and looking forward to staying here again

Good Stay
The hotel was good and worth the price. The staff was understanding and provided good service. We did not opt for breakfast but the staff still provided us with breakfast with no extra cost. Great job by the management for this. I would surely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

Terrible Stay
Worst Experience!!, Property not worth for money! They charge , in that amount we can get good 4 star hotel rooms. I stay there in August and took 2 rooms, the condition of room was very bad, hot water was not coming from tap, the extra blanket provided for 5th person was very dirty The walls of room have multiple patches, that needs repair. U can find mosquitos in the washroom as well dead bees on the bed beneath pillow.

The room was good, clean and cozy. Staffs were polite but the only issue was there was no tea/coffee service or at dinner there was nothing for vegetarians

Terrible Stay
Pathetic pathetic hotel, no cleanliness and absolutely no hygiene. Food was the WORST, these people need to improve a lotttt for the money that they are charging. Omg!! Absolutely bullshit stay

Mango Hill Central Ooty is a one star Hotel.
Sir, We were given a room in the basement. There is no city view outside the room. The space to reach the washbasin in the bathroom is very narrow and washbasin was broken condition. The ceiling of the bathroom is bad. The TV does not work. There are many beds kept in the gallery outside the room, which makes it difficult to move around. This is only a one star hotel.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The ambience, location, and food quality were commendable. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Arun from the food team, who consistently prepared meals with excellent taste and quality. The hotel’s proximity to the bus stand (approximately 1 km) is also very convenient for travelers. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the bedding arrangement. The room provided had a queen-size bed, or possibly even smaller, which was quite uncomfortable for a couple with a child. It was difficult for the three of us to sleep properly, and I faced considerable discomfort due to the limited space. sincerely request the hotel management to consider providing more suitable bedding arrangements for families with children to ensure a more comfortable stay in the future.

it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. we travelled as tourists with our friends. The rooms were good. Breakfast & Dinner was also good. The staff was humble. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend others too. Parking facility is also there
