It was a great experience the caretaker Jeet and all the group was very good in nature and very supportive and the food was a top notch and also the tea was best served according to the climate of ooty

Location is remarkable, food is good, we didn’t have hot water facilities due to electricity issues, but staff provided us with hot water in the morning. Happy to stay. Will recommend to known people and would visit again

Location where paradise point located is too good, Facilities in the villa are too worthy for rent, The service and staff are excellent..

Our experience is bad. It lacks basic facilities. The gyeser is not working. Staffs are not responding. Noboby receives call at reception.All the time I have to go down and search the staffs. They are taking a lot of time for every service such as bringing water, taking plates etc. Glasses provided were smelling bad. On the first day , staffs stated that they will provide the no. of many taxi drivers but they provide only one no. So that we had no other option only to accept it's high charge. The location is no suitable for family. It is situated in an isolated area. Service is v poor quality.

a very pleasant and awesome stay at this place, very clean rooms, helpful caretakers, we actually extended one day, Paramesh is a very nice person, gave us a good discount on extension as well, overall a very awesome memorable experience. food was really good, like home food, every one of the caretakers are humble and took care of us very nicely.
