I have booked the stay by seeing the positive reviews. But I have faced some difficulties before check in. I have booked four rooms for a family trip including 8 adults 6 kids. But I have mentioned only three kids in because three other kids are of 3 to 5 years old. I have received a call from hotel on the day before check in and asked about the total number of occupants. Then they told me that only 11 persons can be accommodated,as I have not mentioned the small kids while booking. I told them that ,they are very small kids,still they did not accept that.Then I have tried to modify my booking in make my trip app,but that was not possible. In order avoid further complications , I had to book another room in a near by hotel.
When I have reached Astoria hotel, they did not show any problem for accommodating kids. Anyways I have lost money for booking another room,which I have not used.
About the hotel- The behaviour of hotel staffs are good. Rooms are neat and clean and having lot of amenities. But they not so spacious as shown in the picture.
Location and parking good.No restaurant there in hotel, but many restaurants near by available.
