Very good and people in the beverly villa are very kind they treat every guests in good manner overall it is nice stay at ooty

Stay was neat and pleasant. All the facilities were given as mentioned in the website.

First I booked a honeymoon suite.. I thought they would decorate our room.. They didn't do anything.. They told me. I will do what you said.. Then why they call them honeymoon suites.. Clock is not working.. wifi disconnect everytime.. warm heater extra charge.. no food in the hotel.. Only pros: centre of ooty.. room is ok. Bathroom heater working well.

Very neat clean and well maintained interior with well behaving staff. We stayed two days and feel very satisfied stay.

near to all tourist places, Decent staff, good and neat rooms, have all amenities like warmer, water heater etc

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice ooty view from villa room. Nice ambience. Room service is good. Easy to get cabs. Food delivery apps are accessible.

Rooms are clean and well maintained..it will be much better if restaurant is added.Only drwback is bathroom it is very congested and it is taking more and more time to get hot water and also it is very slower..Room tarrif is very higher for those amenities..room keeping and room service are extremely good..overall experience is good Rooms are clean and luxurious..Bathroom could be much better.hot water facility is ok ok..Room price is more expensive for those amenities...Room service and house keeping staff are extremely good..over all it's a good stay for us

Had an excellent stay. The rooms were spotless and well maintained . we opted for a luxury mountain view which is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The room was really spacious and squeaky clean, and the staff were very supportive and kind. This stay was around 1.5-2kms away from some of the main attractions like ooty lake, rose garden, botanical garden. They didn't have an in-house restaurant though, but in a kilometre or so, we could find some good restaurants on the main road. Overall I had a good time with my family.

The stay was wonderful at Beverly Villa. Staff is very polite and provide excellent service. Location and view is breath taking. There is no in-house restaurant at the hotel, but food delivery is available from Swiggy/Zomato

Excellent staff and quality customer service. If restaurant is available with in the property, then it would have been lot convenient for the guests.Otherwise, this property is worthy.
