The location is decent, but the property lacks an in-house café or restaurant, which meant relying Service quality fell short of expectations, and I also faced an issue with loss of personal belongings, which was very disappointing. The private rooms are overpriced.

The experience was good. No complaints. Linen was clean. Just need a common washroom for guests and for those who come early or spend some time after checkout.

The Hosteller Ooty Stay was just so peaceful and especially as a solo traveller I felt so safe. The host guys at front desk were so helpful. Definitely coming back to The Hosteller( And I'm a loyal hosteller whatever the destination is😅)

We are not happy with the stay at all as the property particularly deluxe rooms shown in the photos is not the same as the actual one. Deluxe rooms are not maintained and hygiene issues are there. The bed is not in good condition. Location is very remote and no public commute available to reach this property. Need to hire a special auto every time they charge more. No hotel or any shops nearby.

It was a wonderful experience in hosteller. Property is beautiful. Staffs are courteous. Property manager Sayan takes care of the guests very well. Going back with loads of memories l.

Property is located near Rose garden and is bit difficult to reach due to its uphill location. It has no in house cafe and you wont find aby restaurants nearby. Rooms are good.

Located at walking distance from city hub. Well connected by various mode of conveyance. The staff were very friendly and cooperative in resolving queries. Food delivered by various delivery platforms in quick time. The bed was comfortable and washrooms well maintained. The location was suitable for budget friendly as well as adventurous travellers. Well recommend for solo travellers on leisure and work related stay

The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable stay. I stayed for four nights and was even able to work remotely without any issues. I’d definitely come back. Sayan, the property manager, was a wonderful host , helpful and attentive throughout.

Property is in a nice spot, away from the city hustle. Washroom is clean and well maintained. Sheets were changed daily. stayed here for 4 nights .Sayan, the property manager, was a great host. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had booked the best private room available for 4 days, I left the property within 2 days. The experience was that bad. Second morning of our stay, they started doing some work on the roof at 6AM, which is basically a tin roof and the noise was so loud, there was no way we could go back to sleep. The property is extremely small and has nothing much to offer, except one small common area where maximum 8 people could sit at one time. The room was extremely small and super depressing. Both early mornings were loud and noisy. Even the people living in dorms shared their experience as horrible with us. I'm not sure how this property has 4.2 stars rating. They don't even have a pantry where one can heat their food. The water in the filter was empty by 10 am itself the day we left. The staff is polite and that is the only thing scoring a 1 star from me. At the same price, I got an exceptionally better property. I've been to hosteller at other location, seems like not much attention is given to the one in Ooty
