Hotel location is near Ooty lake and overall it was a nice stay, Food offered by hotel is not upto the mark so eat outside the hotel but overall ambience of hotel and outside views are awesome.

Terrible Stay
I had 4 nights stay all paid with this hotel. I was accompanied by senior citizens and children, a total of 9 members. Each day, the request is taken. Whether room cleaning is required or not, accordingly, they proceed. Suddenly, one day, they did the cleaning without our permission. Please note I realized at the same time I saw the room bedding was done that someone had entered my room, and I did not inform anyone to do the cleaning on that day. when I confronted at reception, he was incapable of taking any necessary action despite accepting the mistake that he sent them to clean the room without my knowledge. Treebo Hotel Management, please hire some professionals who can handle customer grievances bravely.

Room with a View Awesome
The room looks good and as shown in the picture. Also a fabulous view from the window of the room. Food : breakfast was good and we can order lunch which will be provided by a nearby restaurant. Good parking place in a cellar.

There was no kitchen in the facility and we had to arrange lunch and dinner ourself which is no good . Also it was not worth thr amount we paid . No balcony , main door had issue

Worst hotel and pathetic service
The rooms were quite dirty, towels and bedsheets all were quite dirty. On top of that the staff were quite rude and didn't know how to behave with their customers. Highly disappointed.

Excellent Stay
Very good view from the hotel , opt for the deluxe rooms as they have awesome view . A bit on the pricier end though, but worth the stay . Food is good and delicious, good room sevice. They dont have ac to regulate the room temperature.Sheets can be cleaner.

Excellent Stay
Easy to find on Google maps and navigate by Uber. Checked in very late in the night but staff made it seamless. Room was clean and AC, water etc. Everything was working fine. Had a pleasant stay.

coupleView was very nice from this hotel, also rooms are good. Only thing no full day restaurant so you have to walk at-least 1-1. 5 km for food or get ordered from zomato
