Initial hospitality was good, but later they took more than 1 hr to deliver tea, that too we have to follow up multiple times over phone and visiting the reception. They were not ready to provide hot water; we stayed there for 2 days, requested and complained multiple times regarding hot water. Every time they used to give false promises that it will come in 5 mins, but it will never come. They will ask us to wait for 2 to 5 buckets - but it won't come. At the end you will realise that they are trying to waste your time and you will give up on hot water and move on with your tour plan. When you ask for food bill, their printer will not work. Then when you request again after some time while checkout, they we will provide the mmt bill in a cover, as if we don't have that copy over email.
