had a great experience, would recommend to everyone who is looking for budget hotel with good view and food

Food, hospitality, location and breakfast were good. Entertainment facilities were all under maintenance. I booked the hotel for the kids entertainment section and the theater setup. Everything was under maintenance. Disappointed. Paid 5.5k just for the room.

Had an excellent stay with a beautiful lake view. The service was prompt and satisfying, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with good variety. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and cooperative, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Was awesome hotel , enjoyed breakfast wide variety a lot. Location of the hotel was just above the boat house. Giving good view of nature

the location was amazing and close to all local sightseeing. the amenities and services was awesome and the food is delicious. we enjoyed a lot as the weather also very good.

management is very bad & rude, extra charges for no reason in the name of extra charge. we booked this room online and it showed the 2 kids can stay free of charge. they charged each, one is 6 one is 7. and for others they took for some 10yrs boy. the room is very small and no basic amenities like dentel kit and kettle. they charged for the dental kit where it is provided free. the reception management is very rude and not at all understandable

Good service and well behaved staff. Food was simple and good . The property is well located with good view of Ooty lake . WiFi at hotel was not working . Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

It's a good place to stay. Location, staff everything is good. They didn't charge us for early check in as well and treated us very well.

The Property is really beautiful, well maintained, safe and with excellent views. The staff is very Friendly and helpful and some of the best people you would meet on a trip. Good Amnities and services.

The stay was 😍 overall. Room was nice and cozy and the common balcony outside was very good. Staff were exceptionally courteous and were always ready to help. Breakfast was super amazing. We stayed 3 nights and every day was really good. in the evenings the lake view was phenomenal (you can ask them for hot coffee and maggi - and with that 4th floor view - it will be a dreamy one). The options in breakfast were really wife and really good. You can have so many hot fresh options. Only thing which can be improved is dinner options. The pizza oven wasn't working and few items which we ordered were average. But overall Darshan made our trip phenomenal.

Excellent Stay. Very nice rooms. Excellent Service. Breakfast spread was very good and taste was also very good. Dinner we found not too good. Parking available and the staff s were prompt and super respectful and responsive. View from the restaurant’ balcony was awesome. Highly recommended!

Found the property on Make My Trip. I booked based on the good reviews. We booked 3 rooms .The stay was upto the mark. Cozy rooms, neat & clean bathrooms, hot water around the clock. The breakfast buffet was yummy with many options. An amazing view of the Ooty lake. The lake was just walkable from our room. Extra point for the location. Easy access for all main tourist spots in Ooty. The hotel staffs were very kind and were ready to help at anytime. They helped us in arranging commute for our sight seeing. Hotel Darshan made our stay in Ooty a memorable one.

However, one thing that was missing was a game console for kids, which was unfortunately under maintenance.
