The rooms are good the main problem is that it is at very high so every time we had to walk a lot in a elevative path which was quite risky because the car can't go up even the hotel doesn't have a restaurant so it is very inconvenient in terms of food.

Average service
I choosen delux room-where Electric sockets are not working . TV is not working shower is not good and continues noise is coming from water pipe. Good thing breakfast is on time but every day is same breakfast

it's like home far from home
Excellent staffs are too much kind & cooperative whenever I plane for Ooty like to stay here. Property was very net & clean.

I found it from mmt. Room was still fine but geyser was not working. No proper breakfast facilities as there was no restaurant available. Location was also average. No proper parking facility.

Excellent Stay
Staffs are friends cooperative persons. The balcony have a really beautiful view which makes the overall stay more than worth. It's has all facilities except heater.

familyThe location of the property is little far from the main road. They do provide drinking water but if you are a little worried about driving water then do carry your own bottle. Don't expect what you see in photos will be in reality. Had to ask them to change the bedsheet it was dirty.

I recently stayed this hotel with my family, booking three rooms. While there were some positives, overall, our experience was average. Pros:comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Cons:hot water was only available until 9:00 am, which was inconvenient as it was not accessible for the rest of the day. Breakfast service started very late, not until 9:30 am, which delayed our plans for the day. The overall quality of the rooms was not up to the mark for the price paid.

Terrible Stay
The experience was pathetic. Just imagine, in ooty without hot water how the experience will be. But that hotel staff "thabresh" helped us a lot. He took hot water from the third floor to the first floor through buckets. Kudos to him and i thank a lot for his support. I gave 5/5 stars for his service. But the hotel doesn't meet the basic requirements. For that hotel i can give 1/5 stars. Please don't prefer this hotel

Location was the only advantage. But overall service is below average. There was no hot water in bathroom, not dental kit or soap, had to ask for kettle and drinking water

Terrible Stay
Hot water was not there. Only one bucket hot water was there on the first day. Light of the room was flickering. Sufficient light was not there in the room. Room rent was so high of the room and actual room rent was of bucks a day and they charged for a day. Total more than we paid for 2 days. It was so hot no hot water kettle was available in the room. The next day we asked for toiled paper roll. Nobody gave toilet paper roll. We did not know that we had to submit photos. Hence we have not taken any photos of the hotel. When is my discount

Good stay
Hotel is very nice but the problem is there is no service and breakfast is not worthy of the price some even left the breakfast without eating as it was worst. On my two days stay only i got hot water on first even i asked them about hot water they didn't respond.
