Average Stay
The hygiene was just average, and the food also felt quite average. They didn’t provide basic amenities like soap or a toothbrush, so I’m not sure if those are normally included at this price. They also charged an extra ₹500 for hot water, although they did provide a complimentary bonus

Worst hotel to stay to ooty
We did not even stay there and chose to waste our money as the staff was rudest ever seen. It’s totally unsafe to stay there , would not recommend anyone, plus the customer care service by fab hotels is even worse. The rooms were also dirty like anything.

Suicidal Point !!!
Never trust Make My Trip and FAB HOTELS. Both are misleading the customers. The stay was terrible and MMT never took up the responsibility to shift the hotel inspire of calling them multiple times for full refund after 20 minutes of check in. The rooms was terrible without proper ventilation. It wad infested with pests and water seepage wad there from the walls. After a paying a bomb we were left with no choice as MMT deliberately avoided refund or contact with us. The executives of the MMT curtly told us that supervisors are having dinner for last 3 hours. The FAB HOTELS customer care was more rude and informed us curtly that as we booked through MMT so we would need to coordinate with them. If you are planning to spoil your vacation then this is the best place to live.

worse hotel
The hotel is worse please don’t fall by the images and the maintenance and everything is worse. We aware and save ur money. The tiles the latches all were broken and the room is very poor condition.

Not worth the money!
The rooms were really small for a family purpose. The service was also bit slow and had to call multiple times. Landline was not working. No proper ventilation and space.

Terrible Stay
The service there is very bad. There is not even a towel for bathing,We were given a used bed sheet and pillowcover's,There wasn't even a bottle of water to drink,I haven't received the service I paid for. I'm at a loss.I will never book a hotel through your website again. Thank you.

Bad Choice for Family Trip
# No Housekeeping , No cleaning for 2 days # Window leaking cold air inside and heater chargeable. # Water not available in washroom in critical morning hours. # No permanent geyser. Limited hour hot water supply. # Used plates remain abandoned for 2days outside room. # Insects and worms coming from washroom walls. # No basic amenities in washroom (handwash, shower gel, shampoo etc) # WC seat permanently damaged. # Restaurant Chef absent, no # No support from the Hotel to help with luggage from parking to reception. # No changing of towels

Terrible Stay
The condition of room was not ok. It was stinking and it was in basement. Door handles were broken and behaviour of the staff was also not acceptable. We booked for two nights but we checked out immediately early morning and stayed for one night only. With the help of forest Deptt we shifted to a better hoter. We must get our one day refund. I have lodged complaint in Fab Hotels as well. As we booked through you. Now it is your responsibility to refund our oune day charge.

The experience was not good. The room was in poor condition, we had bookedthe premium room still it was in terrible condition. The tiles were broken and the washroom was not clean at all. There was no facilities like towels tissues in the room

Terrible Stay
The rooms are not at all as shown in the images here, it was dusty even on the walls. Had some worms on the floor. Initially we were provided with expired coffee powder sachets which were replaced later, upon us raising it to them. Complimentary breakfast and staff were good. Ample car parking space.

It was not at all good experience. We were allotted basement rooms. These rooms were sticky. Bedsheets were not clean.
