Review Of Glen Park Inn

Took few minutes time to locate the hotel but then the hotel location is very good and it is just near ooty main garden , Then in the hotel we got a very comfortable and cozy stay , We also like their food in their restaurant .

Hotel people treated us very good , rooms are in positive vibes bed cot all in antique shade. it's my rich stay in Glen Park

we had a wonderful stay . staffs are very polite and friendly. Rooms were verey neet and clean. Property situates 1.5 km away from the town

Property located on nice location and the room was neat and clean. Food we never tried. All the facilities were awsome.

I like the hotel because of their maintenance and location, i like to give positive reviews because of their rooms and the service they provide . Even though there were a few issues we faced they then recovered immediately and made our stay enjoyable.

Room was very smaller for the price and it has centralised heater .. you should be calling the reception whenever you need hot water to use bathroom

Checkin till checkout no complaints we faced , easy to reach from ooty botanical garden good connecting roads , comfortable stay .

Hotel rooms are very good , Humble and inviting staffs daily they clean my room regularly. and the amount I paid for the room is very reasonable over all quality stay

1. Very tedious location. Difficult to reach in SUV. No guiding boards. 2. Not very forthcoming staff to offer any assistance . 3. No lift. Was given room on the top. Had to climb very high stepped stairs which was taxing for the knees. 4. Horrible room, you can’t stand straight in it, forcibly created room beneath the slanted ceilings, dirty bedding and pillows. 5. Terrible room service, tea was given in a rotten dirty flask, after that could not get courage to eat anything there 6. When requested to arrange for an auto to go to market just a kilometre away ( I realised later) , I was setup to pay 350 rs. On my way back and that too late night , the other guy charged me only 150 rs. 7. No mirror provided for your head height. Rather at your groin height. 8. Breakfast in the morning intentionally offered at 8:30 knowing that every tourist start the day early, even parcel is not offered. 8. And nobody at the reception to c u off.... and all this after being very very courteous with them all throughout till we left. Strongly recommend not to go for Glen Park Inn. Big NO

Geyser was not working - response was poor. After waiting 20 minutes for it to heat, it was found there was no water - then water pumped. The person again said to switch on and wait another 20 minutes. Again nothing happened then they said plumber is called fix the geyser outlet. Finally it was done very late and the purpose of it was lost. Because of this the family delayed with their entire program to go out. Finally after plumber coming and saying it is fixed, the next day morning we found the issue is not solved and water was dripping from the outket very slowly, 30 minutes just to fill one small bucket resulting in hot water losing temperature quickly and no use. In the night the voltage was fluctuating every few seconds making it the lights go on and off continuously and that made the night with the kids very difficult for family of 10 who took lot of rooms for a comfortable stay but ended up with bad experience. None of the devices could be charged properly, my adapter and a multi charging wireless device got damaged. There needs to be better response and resolution. In a place like ooty why a basic geyser plumbing work was not checked once before check-in. Even after reporting why it was not addressed rendering it of no use to us plus discomfort.

An excellent part of our stay in the Glen park inn is dine in the fire camp we all spend good time with that and location is very good just inside the city with eye catching valley view and then the rooms also filled with wood decor just worth the amount I paid

Very good rooms and beautiful location facing mountain view, hotel manager supported me for early checking staffs are very helpful too, hotel is proximity to all tourist places which makes us more convenient. Wish to come again.

I enjoyed the stay at glenparkinn, the staff is humble and working towards hospitality. Property was very nice rooms are clean spacious and we'll organised. Bathroom are very clean, food menu was nice and excellent in taste.

Like to review this hotel because of their service it was my unforgettable stay, very obedient staffs they hardly do their job perfect and app-art from everything rooms are very good with superior interior, recommended to all.

The property was located deep in town and the road was narrow to go. There was parking space available for car. The rooms were good and it was worth the money. For a short stay it's great .Hot water was available so that's a good point. I had a pleasant stay there.
