Had a really pleasant stay here! The location is perfect, surrounded by the forest near Ooty, and the views are just beautiful. Rooms were spotless and super cozy, with nice open sit-outs to relax in. Only wish they had a bonfire option and a few more food choices on the menu. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway!

I have found this property on make my trip and it was a pretty good deal for the price range of 2k to 3k and it was little bit long to centrap ooty but it was worth completely because there was no traffic noises

Location was good outside town, food was Nice, hospitality was very nice. Resort staff are very cooperative and polite

The place was awesome. location was really good. very comfortable for children as it has multiple access of space and park inside. Food was also very good. They serve veg only and it was superb. overall a very good experience and value for money.

Stay was good, was Aspecting non veg was was shocked knowing that it was veg place, but food was good, was disappointed coz barbecue was not available, Bonfire was not available when we asked they said we ve permission only on Saturday,, those things should ve been highlighted before booking, but was not mentioned any where

Location of deccan park ooty is good but the inside layout and room conditions are not that attractive. Once you stayed will not be willing to try again. Limitation’s on getting hot water in cold weather. Food quality is good.

I had a stay for 2 nigjt with my parents. They were very comfortable, rooms were clean , staff was so helpful. Good time to relax walking around the property. I have to give a 4 star rating only because of its Pure veg restaurant. But I was able to order food from swiggy from multiple restaurants.

Food was not so good. Rest room in room was not so good too. Overall resort was looking good. But have some good indoor gaming facilities.

Resort is old and frequent power cut is there. Food is ok and not many options taxi is expensive 5 percent extra if you pay card staff were courteous

Very bad location and roads on the way to hotel. Very poor service even water bottle is not available. Average rooms and very high charges.

It was a great experience to stay at deccan park, my friends and i loved it and would definitely recommend it. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The cottages were very cute and there was ample amount of privacy. The breakfast buffet was nice. We stayed here for 4 days and it was very reasonable as well. Looking forward to visiting again. )

Amazing place to stay, good scenic views, and great hospitality. The property is well maintained and the food is good.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the resort campus was beautiful. Food was quite good. The behaviour of the staff was very polite, they were very humble.

Property needs high maintenance. Room bedding was dirty and even after calling them to change that, even the changed bedsheets were dirty. Ants and spiders in bathrooms. Shower in bathroom was not working. Room had smell of dampness on walls. Food was not good. Breakfast Buffet has limited options, and quality was very average. Hardly anything to watch on TV, which becomes important, as nothing much to do after evening. They have partnership with some travel agent, who also cheated by asking additional amount later to what he committed before the tour started. Property is quite inside from the main road, so you will not get any other taxi, auto from the property. Overall, family was so frustrated that we checked out a day earlier than what we were supposed to, and in the process let 1 day money go waste.

Resort ambiance & location were very good. Calm surroundings ideal place to relax with family. Staffs are all very cordial & well behaved. Restaurant food quality & taste needs to improve.
