Awesome Hotel with fine service and excellent staff

Excellent stay. Easy to find location. The food is very tasty and the service is memorable. The staff in the hotel are very humble and polite.

Observed Seepage on walls, bugs roaming on floor, Window cartoons has short in size and inadequate. Remaining all ok.

Stay and food was comfortable, some renovation work was going on. Some cleaning activity to be done. Hot water for bathing is not available 24hrs, could be made available. Staff was polite and kind.

Decently maintained facility with great rooms. Rooms are newly refurbished and modern looking. Finding the location was a bit tricky since there were 2 units within short distance. Food was simple and tasty.

Courteous staff, clean and ambience good, food average, staff had suggested day ooty & Coonoor bus trip pick from hotel which was cheap and excellent . Hotel has shortcut walking steps to shopping and Adyar Anand Bhavan restaurant.

It was a calm place to stay in. Full of greenery. Even the food they provided were very good. Definitely a must try in Ooty.

Location, Food & Facility is Excellent. But House Keeping is poor. Suggest to include Heater in rooms for better Experience.

Prime location, room was quite smaller than expected and old but decent enough. We got 2 complementary meals as well which was a good deal.

The resort is surrounded by forest. It was so pleasant and peaceful. We can spot many animals, especially deers, peacocks, elephants, bison, etc.. overall the stay was awesome.
