FabHotel Bala Garden - Nr. Ooty Toy Train Tourist Park

Location is not good at all . Photo showing and real is different. I was surprised to see the property with broken switch bord , broken door lock , broken tap , not a single good thing . Even care taken don’t care about the things . Unpleasant smell in rooms was terrific experience on fab hotel .

I booked a room ok next i call to that property they don't give any response ok that number given in make my trip ok that why so i booked another room i stayed there by offline ok so i want my refund because i booked a room they don't respond properly i try to contact them because i want ask where is your property to know i went there but there there property is closed ok so i want my refund

location was very good, but it's good for 1 day stay. room is ok ok. hot water is available. care taker is available.

Hotel is good located and view is ex excellent and stay was comfort and clean rooms and breakfast was good

we reserved a room for two adults and paid. however, they provided a fake location, leaving us waiting by the roadside for about an hour. we spent an hour on the phone with the fab house customer care, and they informed us that there was no booking under my name. after waiting for an hour and repeatedly calling, they provided a new, correct location, but the room was poorly maintained..
