Hotel Stay is Good ! But they May Provide Airconditioner or Heater for the better Stay at Night. Wifi is not worked in the Hotel ! Hotel Maintenance is Good ! Room Cleaning and Bathroom Cleaning is Good ! Airconditioner May be Provided for Maintain the temperature in Night Stay Since temperature is very Cold in the Night ! Wifi issues needs to be addressed by the Hotel Management !

Neat and clean. Decent food freshly prepared on order, friendly staff. If they could provide a room heater it would have been really great.

I visited Ooty on 8th August 2025 and stayed at Mayura Royal Heritage for 2 days in family room. The hotel is newly constructed and the rooms are in excellent condition. The snacks and breakfast is good. Especially their bhajji is worth trying which they serve in snacks, awesome taste. Dinner is okay, tastes like home food. Ambience was good in and around my room. The staff service was excellent all days. I was reluctant reading earlier reviews about this hotel but my stay turned out awesome. If wood fire they would have during evening time it would be good but due to rains the woods got wet and they didn't have it. I had my parents and kid with me they also enjoyed.

The stay was absolutely delightful and cozy, with everything being spot on - couldn't have asked for more! The only drawback was we didn't get the garden view room even after speaking they had their own reasons and coming to food, South Indian breakfast or beverages were not upto mark, lunch, dinner and snacks were tasty. As far as the location is concerned, nothing can beat it. We stayed in 3 dome rooms and the stay was cozy, a bit cold though. Breakfast was above average and can be better, electricity was on and off for a while during the rain, overall the say was good.

We as a family came to Ooty on May 31st and June 1st. We stayed in dome shaped room. The stay was very pleasant, food was tasty. food taste will be like a home made and the staff’s were very cooperative and friendly.

A clean hotel with helpful staff, they guide you and give inputs if you are new to the place. Very pleasant stay.

Charged for two extra mattresses that was of terrible quality and couldn't be used. No refund was offered, which was disappointing.

Hotel Location is very good, the property is very specious and build in a very good infrastructure. Limited choice for lunch and dinner but the food was good and also the breakfast is good.

when we checked they provided a room which was very nice but some amenities where not functional and water leakage and immidatly they changed the room which was not as good as the previous one. we had a power issue on that day and for many hours we spent the time with the help of candles. no power back up. not satisfied for the budget we spend. lot of improvements required. But location is awasome and far from mayura sudharshan. No room service of food is available

Excellent stay, at a beautiful location among the forest, far from the crowd... Would love to visit here once again... A lovely heritage stay among the lap of green...

It was good experience. The serenity and calmness of that property as well as polite behaviour of the staffs made our days with wonderful experience.

Located in a peaceful area of Ooty surrounded by lot of greenery. Approach road is convenient. The room was good but there was no working set top box. Breakfast was okay for the price.

One of the best stay option for family travellers. The location is in close proximity to all the sightseeing attractions. Well maintained heritage property with excellent service.

Staff is cooperative..very poor infrastructure..For water you have to repeatedly request..no one picks up intercom .... kitchen is common..veg & non-veg..sio difficult for vegetarians..Calm and quiet..
