Good Stay
location very good as it's walking distance from the bus station and railway station. Rooms good size and very clean. Bed very comfortable. The only drawback was you have to pay to watch TV.

Overall I will give 4 out 5 to trident. Food is excellent. Room is spacious but had a leakage issue.. no privacy from the room window.. there is a shop outside the window and because of that we were unable to open the curtains. Hotel is in the city centre location and walking distance to the bus stand. But no best view of ooty from hotel. But food is tasty.. breakfast was awesome. Will go again only for food

Average Stay
The breakfast was scrumptious, the staff friendly and overall I would have given a 4 star. However, there was no mention of a smoking penalty of 2500 Rs in the MMT website. This awareness while booking would have relaxed me, hence a star less (Clear messaging)

Good Stay
The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is quite near to the ooty bus stand and also close to the market. They have a restaurant and offer breakfast lunch and dinner but to our disappointed they do not have a separate veg-nonveg kitchen and we opted to dine out. Otherwise we really had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend to all my friends
