A Perfect Family Stay
An excellent place for a family stay – neat, clean, and well-maintained. The restaurant serves delicious food with great quality. The only drawback is that the parking area is a bit congested and slight dirt on the pillow.

Terrible Stay
Staff was polite and food was good but not consistent but the hotel needs improvement. Towels had thread that got stuck on the body when wiping, washroom was smelling like drain the entire time. Charged for DND sign which was made of glass and broke normally it’s cardboard or plastic, something that’s hanging all day is bound to break. Extremely thin walls, anybody’s movements and phone notifications also could be heard. No windows in the room in a place like ooty, which just does not make sense.
