I stayed there for three days. The stay was very good and comfortable for me. I didn't expect more from the stay. because during the day times I was traveling along ooty. only evening and night I spent on the room. so it was good for me. hotels are nearby, taxi stand etc.. parking facilities are just Congested. but it is safe as per the caretakers. my bike was safe during the days.

Room given without proper cleaning , not recommending anyone

The hotel is not good. Too much congested and there is lot of dust inside cupboard. Even the hot water is not provided. The toilet flush is not working properly. Too much disappointed. But as we kept there lueguage only and not stayed, it was ok

worst hotel ever.... ceiling was leaking.... not even towel was provided... don't go for it...very bad behaviour by the staffs

The room of the hotel is little bit shorter size, which isn't expected to me. Also inside of the room and bathroom necessary equipment is not updated, installation of the fittings is old and backdated is not properly working. It is very impossible task to a couple to stay there in traveling trip.

Very bad experience in this hotel, very small and old room. Very dirty, pols don't go for it. They don't even change the bed sheet and blanket also.

This very good and worthy rooms. I like to stay next time in this same hotel. I like to suggest to my friends and family’s for stay here

The hotel room was very small. We had booked a room for three people and it was too small to even put metres on the floor. Also one of the hotel staff's behaviour was rude towards us.

Comfortable and premium class rooms. Facilities are more than enough. Wifi and hot water facilities made the stay special.

Room is nice for friends stay. Location is sometimes confused. Service is ok. Room amenities is not good.

Not suitable for family and not well maintained, it is located at local ooty place not the actual city. Not recommended for people who want to enjoy ooty, only for temporary stay.

The room not space and morning not get water in bathroom i have informed 6. 15 am but after 7. 30 get water and after 7. 50am get hot water very bad service.

I stayed here 2days with my family nice rooms. Worth for money. Neat and clean. Working people's are good.

The rooms were good and clean but the overall experience was very bad because of a lot of noise for which we were not being able to sleep properly.

The rooms are not maintained well. Bedsheets are not clean. The smell stinks from the beginning. The room photos are not similar as shown.

The hotel is really good for bachelors and couples. Safe and secure. I think the check in time is too late ..9 -9.30 am is good timing for all of us.The staff and owner are really good people.

Although we have booked for 4 people ther room is provided only have space for 3 people and very conjusted and also there was no shower.
