Terrible Stay

Very misleading photos vs realtime experience. The entire hotel is very small in size, no response from reception,no good view to have leisure, no food provision not even basic one's like Hot tea/coffee. Too expensive hotel room considering all these points waste of money and experience. Despite calling again and again no person on reception to revert on calls and help.
