Regarding property's food, We had breakfast and it is good. Location of resort is also nice and maintenance also good. Coming to facilities, Washrooms are little bit far from staying rooms. This is only backdrop from this resort.

Trip Review – 2 Nights, 3 Days 1. No food facility—only Swiggy/Zomato with high delivery charges. 2. Only basic breakfast (tea, idli-sambar, poha). 3. Poor transport—autos charge ₹400 for 2 km, and you’ll wait at least 30 minutes to get one; after 6 PM, no transport available. 4. Not suitable for families. 5. Only okay for groups (5+ people) with their own vehicle. 6. Not worth the price. 7. Don’t fall for Instagram/social media hype—reality is different. 8. Only positive: the property is clean and hygienic.

The Hobbit holes/teepee's are quiet small, it is merely okay as a one time experience but just barely worth it for the price considering the basic amenities. Barely any space in either of the accomodation, if one needs to just stand up you'd need to step out. The kitchen was not functional, ordering in is not a good option as food gets ice cold by the time it's delivered in Ooty's weather, and not to mention the delivery executives are not allowed all the way up so you'd have to walk a distance equivalent to about 5-6 stories up/down the hill. All in all friendly staff, extremely basic breakfast, common washrooms are quiet a walk, would not recommend.

Stay was wonderful and so comfortable.Truely memorable..Will highly recommend this to my colleagues..

Food is not good , stay is good and location also good , only thing is to reach to destination road is not good it’s difficult to reach the hotel.

Stay ambitious was great but wifi was not available in room and bon fire was not on

Aventura fern hill stay is so worst for stay no air ventilation inside and food is so worst for restaurants, only a common toilet facility that too far away from the wooden teepees that is more uncomfortable for bathing and usage of restroom at night times. Overall suggestion is worst

excellent stay in ooty We r travelled as couple, Nice locality and Nice food

Stay has nice view but the washrooms are dirty. They are shared washrooms but have not been well built. No hot water for bath and everything was extremely dirty. Rooms are also extremely small for the price and not well cleaned. I would not recommend it to anyone or go there again.

We are very disappointed with the rude behaviour of management..... And also the room is not clean... If u want I can send pics.....how bad the bedsheets are.... Room also smells bad. We are not at all satisfied with this stay.

Very bad service specially during the rain the host didn’t allow us to checkin 30 min before the time in the heavy rain.We had to sit in our car despite the heavy rain.The host was very rude and didn’t listen to us . The breakfast was very bad. In the cafe there was no tea or coffee available. After paying this much still u have purchase water from them for drinking.Overall very bad service.

Wonderful service and wonderful ambience, especially the food they served is one of the best foods I have ever had, defenetily must stay place
