The Hobbit holes/teepee's are quiet small, it is merely okay as a one time experience but just barely worth it for the price considering the basic amenities.
Barely any space in either of the accomodation, if one needs to just stand up you'd need to step out. The kitchen was not functional, ordering in is not a good option as food gets ice cold by the time it's delivered in Ooty's weather, and not to mention the delivery executives are not allowed all the way up so you'd have to walk a distance equivalent to about 5-6 stories up/down the hill.
All in all friendly staff, extremely basic breakfast, common washrooms are quiet a walk, would not recommend.
