1. Discrepancy in the rules related to the complimentary Hi-Tea. I had to pay extra for it, even though it was mentioned in the contract. 2. No toiletries (no shaving kit, no tooth brush and paste provided)

We booked this hotel 2 month earlier for COMFORT but we did not get Anything like that as shown in MMT we didnt ge, room was very small no vantillation, The bedsheet was dirty, the wc flash was not working, the curtain was dirty, in the menu nothing was mentioned about the meal timing and most of the time when we ordered food they replied sorry sir we dont have, service staff response was very rude over the phone. We booked a signature room but we got a very small room as they mentioned in make My trip nothing we got even though they put the wrong room size in MMT. we really did not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want a comfortable stay think twice before booking in JAIN GROUP PINK MOUNTAIN HOTEL.

Staff behavior was too bad and even they told me to park my vehicle at a certain place and told me that my car was safe here so I parked my vehicle there and next day in morning local police came and fined my car for parking at no parking zone.

The experience was good. The food and service was awesome. The hotel has lift and view from the top floor was very nice with kanchanjunga if no clouds. Only minus is no view from 2nd floor and no geyser in washrooms, though hot water is provided in specific timings.

This day was really good, and the food at the hotel was also nice. However, the tea wasn’t up to the mark—it tasted more like water, even after repeatedly telling them. One issue I noticed was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or the room, which made them a bit stuffy and dark. Apart from that, everything was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a lovely view from the terrace.

Property is good but only veg no proper restaurant Location is exact, facilities are very poor like no generator facility after 12 P.M., Hot water timings 6 A.M. To 10 A.M & 6P.M To 10 P.M.

The hotel's room is very good and clean. The bathroom is also very clean and has hot water for 24 hours, The restaurant food quantity is very good. Staffs are also very helpful. Distance from mal road is only 400 meters walking distance means you can reach within max 5 mins. As per my experience I can say that this hotel is very good.

The hotel was right but the facilities were not of that level. I stayed there for 3 nights and then one night there was no current, current came at 6 o'clock. I complained at their reception but no one responded.
