We are investigating the cause of this issue and will take immediate steps to ensure that all rooms are stocked with RO drinking water at all times. Regarding the kettle wire length and plug accessibility issue, we are sorry that the kettle wire was too short to reach the plugs in your room. Our housekeeping team will check all kettles to ensure they are properly positioned for guest use.
