Water is very bad, room nice, staff nice, nothing so good. Location is good and the water is smells bad

We have booked 3 deluxe rooms but they said we don't have that type of rooms which can accommodate 4 people in a room. So, they provided 4 normal rooms which were very worst in condition and dirty. They said "is price me aise hi milte hai.

We booked room at royal ha-meed but after reached there they send to another hotel. The lo heritage. The lo heritage is good for stay. Bathroom is clean. Room are good.

Dear, i am writing to complain about a recent booking i made. I had booked a stay at royal ha-meed on [23 mar -24 mar, but upon arrival, i was informed that i would be placed at a different property. The alternative accommodation provided was significantly below the standards advertised for royal hameed. The room lacked basic amenities such as drinking water, electric kettle, electric heater, and blanket. Additionally, there were no service staff available during my stay. Given that this was a one-night stay, it's unacceptable that i was placed in such substandard accommodations without prior notification or explanation. This experience falls short of the expectations i have, and i consider it a misrepresentation of the services booked. I kindly request a full refund for this booking and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I am not happy with your facilities. I just want to better room and better hotel. But your executives are not giving better response. Terrible

Hotel has issue with light. Continues there is power cut off in hotel. And even food isn’t good there. Hitter not working as expected as usual.

Hotel some good not satisfied coz their very cold place but hotel have no room heater. Place is dale lake is good.

No heater is there, pathetic, srinagar running minus 3, they didn't give proper heater, no hot water for drinking early morning at 6 am, i want my money back

Hotel staff. Was good but the water heater was not working and bed heaters too working slow. No catel provided, frequent power cuts.

Light issue was there. No backup only sing light was working in room. Even charging point not available after light cut.

Humble staff, very near from dal lake. Food was decent with affordable prices.

Don't book this hotel, owner is very very bad parson, wrongly charges from client rurdly beaver with clients, very very useless parson

Meal like as for animals. All items are used old like as aata, daal, aalu, sabji, rice and many more. I suggest book only room.

The hotel infrastructure was good enough according to the price. Staff was cordial and helpful but the kitchen was not hygienic. No preparation was being done for the breakfast. If you eat bread butter in breakfast then only choose breakfast option.

Hey there. I have just stayed at hotel royal ha-meed with my husband. This hotel was the best choice for us and pocket friendly in srinagar. They treat their guests as family, maintain hygine and provide good food at marginal rates. I would highly recommend this hotel for the safe, peaceful, economical, clean and friendly stay.
