Excellent Stay
we stays in suite villa which is a very spacious room .The room has outside sitout overlooking the lake .The view is fantastic. The breakfast is tasty and has lots of option.The restaurant served authentic tasty food .Swimming pool is clean well kept with view of lake .The sunset boat cruise with musics makes the evening fantastic .Gym was small but sufficient for workout .kids have many games to explore . overall i feel it is the best resort in kumarakom. I was with senior citizen the golf cart available at resort was useful

Excellent Stay with Warm Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at Backwater Ripples, Kumarakom. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully kept. We especially enjoyed the complimentary shikara boat ride, which was a memorable experience. We also tried the Ayurveda massage, which was refreshing, relaxing, and very budget-friendly. Overall, it was a perfect getaway with excellent hospitality and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Great place for a relaxing holiday
It is a nice property. Helpful staff and great food. Have a decent enough pool, breakfast with a nice spread and shikkara boating in the lake. Many other paid activities and services available on need basis. Overall a great place

Relax at Backwater
It was a very well maintained property. The staff were very helpful, well versed in both English and Malayalam. There were enough activities to keep you busy like boating, spa, gym, indoor sports options, etc. The food was also very good.

Nature Lake ambienc
Staffs were soo friendly and supportive. From the front office, resultant team, parking team all were really good. We had a homely feeling. Ambience is excellent. Good service overall. Food is also good. Pool was clean and less clorine. Have decent activities in and arround. Really recomend a days stay here.

Excellent Stay
Rooms were comfortable, food was good, especially the Continental starters. The complimentary sunset cruise and the speed boat ride were well organised. Music was a pleasing end to the day with the ambience of the trees and lake.

Good Stay
Property is large and spacious. Food served at the restaurant was delicious. The staff seemed to genuinely want to provide the guests a good experience. The complimentary cruise and high tea was an added bonus. Opportunity for small improvements exist. Hotel can benefit by better signage to reception area and the other side of the bridge. 3 cups can be placed in rooms with triple sharing.
