I stayed at Rhythm Kumarakom Resort on 23–24 Sept 2025 with my family (2 adults + 2 kids).
The stay was extremely poor – unhygienic property, unprofessional staff, unsafe swimming pool area (no lights), and very poor food & breakfast. I contacted resort customer care, but the response seemed just a formality and unsatisfactory.
I request a full refund of or suitable compensation. Please resolve this urgently.
The experience was extremely poor and not worth the amount charged. Key issues faced:
The property was unhygienic, old, and poorly maintained.
Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful.
The swimming pool area had no lights in the evening, which was unsafe for kids.
Food quality was very poor and overpriced. Even the complimentary breakfast was below standard.
This was a highly disappointing stay, far below the standards promised on your platform.
