I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. While the property has potential, especially with its large and impressive pool, there were several areas that need serious attention.
Food: Quite overpriced for the quality. The taste was average and didn’t justify the cost.
Maintenance: The overall upkeep of the property was poor. Dry coconut leaves near the pool posed a safety hazard, and common areas looked like they could use regular cleaning and care.
Room Service: This was a major letdown. There's no 24-hour service — we couldn’t even get drinking water during the night and had to wait until morning. Plates from the previous night weren’t cleared until we specifically asked the next day afternoon.
Lighting & Safety: The pool area has no lighting at night, which is a major safety concern, especially since the cottages are located right next to it.
Spa: On a positive note, the spa was excellent — very relaxing and professionally done.
Overall, the pool and spa were the highlights, but unless the management addresses the service gaps and maintenance issues, it’s hard to recommend this place wholeheartedly.
