Rooms are in very bad condition, no amenities, AC not working, staff is not good. very bad experience. please don't book this property for stay

The property was located close to beach and staff was friendly, but the amenities were lacking, no hot water in barhroom and water was broken colored. There was a open window in the bathroom through which everything was visible from inside etc. Also it was not really a resort but like a honestly, thus the price was not justified. These are the reason i gave it a 3 rating. Home stay instead of honestly
