House keeping and hospitality services very very poor

First- i was given a substandard room sec -toilet wasn't working 3rd -the room is being cleaned late every day 4th-if i tell them to come clean they come at their own time 5th-im not given enuf towels. 15. 23 the room still dirty

1. Hotel location is good. 2. Hospitality is ok. 3. Rooms are pretty average. I could see cockroaches running around. 4. Bolts, latches are not working properly. 5. Good vegetarian food is not available in the restaurant. 6. I ate one of the worst veg pizzas in my life. 7. I was allotted a very bad room initially, where everything was in shambles. 8. After complaining to the reception, they changed the room the next day. 9. Second one was slightly better.

Old is in busy area, very old hotel, no maintenance, room carpets smells lot, no ac maintenance, toilets flush dont work, after escalation, hotel room was changed it was little better, and they severed fruits to room as an gesture, overall issues remains with bad sleep
