Poor Stay

Located around 3 km from main market hence we had booked this for a mid budget stay. First they asked for depositing passport which no hotels have done as of now, then they charged deposit of 500K VND. 2nd there was no help with handling luggage. 3rd on day of check out we asked for 15 min earlier breakfast as our flight was early, however they denied saying that kitchen service opens at 7 am only. 4th Rooms were not that maintained, we have been to many garden resorts this was the worst one, here there were cockroaches in bathroom, lizard on outer wall & ants on the table as well.
