I stayed at Hotel Nikko Hai Phong for two nights and had an excellent experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great attention to hygiene. The ambience of the Hotel Nikko Hai Phong was pleasant and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Staff members were polite, courteous, and always willing to help. The breakfast included in the booking was impressive, offering a wide variety of tasty and well-prepared options to suit different preferences. One observation was that some staff members were not very fluent in English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, the reception team and a few staff in the breakfast area understood my accent and were able to assist effectively with the English they knew. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this Hotel Nikko Hai Phong for its cleanliness, service, food, and overall hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.
