Stayed here for 2 nights enroyte Hoi An. The Diamond Hill Hotel is centrally located and walking/short grab distance from all major attractions. The breaks fast spread is good and the staff is polite. Keep in mind that the staff speaks limited english so keep a translator app handy. They do their best to understand but having an app on the phone will work wonders.
