Excellent location and iconic hotel.Need some improvement in maintenance and service like some plug point was non function hence tv could not be switched on.We asked for complimentary water on 2nd day and only 1 bottle was served instead of 2.

The overall experience was disappointing. The charging sockets in the room were not working properly, and I had to change rooms multiple times because of it. Despite the hotel’s name and location, the facilities provided are not up to the mark. For the price they charge, the service and maintenance are not worth it. Definitely needs improvement in basic amenities and guest comfort.

Breakfast excellent Room was clean The location is good and near the subway Can book a taxi for any location from the reception. Staff is good and helpful, and can speak good English, russian, and other languages.

generally never give bad reviews, but my stay at Hotel Uzbekistan was very disappointing. I had to change rooms three times because of air conditioning issues—some rooms had no AC at all. For a hotel that’s been around for 50 years, I expected much better maintenance and comfort. The rooms felt outdated and poorly maintained. It’s hard to believe a hotel with such a long history can be in this condition. Significant renovation and upgrades are definitely needed.

The room was located on the 11th floor and had two balconies with a nice view of the Tashkent city. There are a lot of tourist attractions within walkable distance. The restaurant on the 17th floor is nice. Breakfast spread is good. You can use the luggage room to keep your luggage after checkout free of charge.

The room was rather old and just about okay. It was a corner room that did not have wi-fi connectivity. The location, luggage room facility and breakfast spread was excellent. They allowed me to keep my bag in the luggage room for 4 days without any extra charge. The room on my next visit was much better. Check your room before you check-in. Some rooms are just average, some rooms are better.

It’s situated ideal location , old property but average maintenance and very average food, it’s worth for range of 2500-3000.

Housekeeping and room services require a spruce up. Wifi would fail in the room from the second day onward s in my room. Cutlery never cleaned even after repeated requests. Lobby is very good, staff at reception cooperated.

the hotel ambience was really good. staff was very polite and friendly. centrally located so very easy to commute to other tourist attractions. food quality is really really great 👍

Even after being in the prime location, the hotel's basic amenities were not proper e. G. Air conditioning was not working properly. For every small thing, one needs to connect to reception atleast 3 times, to ask for a simple dental kit. The understaffed hotel also had very less vegetarian options in the breakfast and there were no live options for food. Everything including omlets were pure prepared

Location is very bad. My father was waiting more than 4 hours in reception just to fix his room ac. The ac was not working and too much hot for him. No support from hotel team to change his room

Facilities at the hotel is not so good, bathroom was smelling all the time.

Excellent location spacious room only drawback no tea and milk pouches are there in the room all is paid. Water kettle is available

I encountered several issues during my stay that need immediate attention. Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable to relax or sleep comfortably. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the room, which detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to rest adequately, especially during daylight hours. Despite these challenges, i must commend the excellent location of your hotel, which remains its primary advantage. I kindly request that you address these maintenance issues promptly to enhance the experience for future guests.

Showers not working at all most of the time. Extremely slow pressure. Bathroom was not clean at all

Hotel uzbekistan is big hotel they have many floors and lots of rooms but rooms like lodge type they must be re interior of the rooms. This time rooms as a 1980 type because we stay every time 5-7 star luxury property but this i miss my flight and we stay some hours rooms have smell bed and bedsheet are old style. Must be improve.
