Room could be much more cleaner but OK for 1 night stay. Sine I have been travelling or driving cross country, the best thing was the 12 PM check in and check out 24 hours, please do not change this, it was the main criteria for my stay.
I suggest to improve cleaning, a mini refrigerator and a mini microwave would have helped immensely.
