The rooms were so horrible that we had to vacate the property and the book ourselves into another property. Apart from the rooms, the attitude of the management also was horrible. After checking in formally at the reception desk we went up to our room. Then a couple of guys knocked on our door and told me that they were checking whether i was illegally staying in the room and asked me for my name. The hilton garden inn is where we booked again using makemytrip and stayed there for the night. I lost money on this booking as it was non refundable. If mmt platform is giving such horrible properties and that too at non refundable prices, then regular customers like me will be forced to take our business else were.
