Terrible Stay

Pathetic experience, I paid full amount to make my trip, but make my trip did not paid to hotel and hotel people not allowed me to check-in for 3 hours after reaching hotel. I was forced to made few international calls to settle the issue which again costs me. Totally bad experience.
