The front desk is rude

The facility looks beautiful but the truth is old. The shower knob is loose so hard to keep the temperature. We were locked outside our room and asked help from front desk. But the front desk was so rude and said it must be our problem. She didn't even want to help and apologize. The bellman was nice and went to our room. However, his Key can't open our door, either. We had to wait for another 30 minutes for their security to open the door. Not very impressive about their service.
