couplePoor service, poor attitude of staff, basic amenities like lockbox, drinking water, shower caps not provided in the room. Even tea bags had to be fetched from the front desk. Breakfast not served on time. In general terrible experience. Would not stay in hyatt anytime in future and recommend my friends to do the same
