The rooms are extremely basic. The sink drainage was not working very well.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at seaworld
coupleHuge hotel, great rooms, Hospitality at the reception 2.5/5 staff don’t look too happy to see the guests instead they put up a very serious face as though we the guests are being interrogated by cops. Carry your own toiletries like tooth brush, room slippers etc. they will not provide like we get in India in most of the hotels. House keeping services are only done everyday if you have requested at the reception for each day of stay. Mind you if you book a continental breakfast they breakfast given to you is just limited to breads and fruits. That was a major issue as we are vegetarian and we booked a continental breakfast with our package so we had very limited options, if need be you have an option of paying 15$ extra per person that’s like 1,200₹ in Indian currency to upgrade to the entire buffet after paying extra already for the breakfast. You need any customer service you need to personally go to the reception and queue up for your turn everyone you need something.

soloThis was my worst international stay till date. I was solo traveler and stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The reception staffs are very rude and doesn’t know how to interact with guests. They were not interested in hospitality at all. The hotel doesn’t give even a bottle of water, there is no shuttle to airport as well. The hotel is old and not maintained well. I won’t recommend this hotel for business or holiday travel.
