Terrible Stay

I had confirmed prepaid booking. It seems they sold my room to other traveler at higher rate. When I reached hotel to check in they refused the booking and asked to go out of the premises. I contacted MMT help desk but even they could not help. The lady at the counter was busy checking in other customers who paid extra for on spot bookings. I was threatened of harm if I continued to pursue my booking. I had no other way but leave the hotel forfeiting my booking.
