Our stay was most comfortable. The location of the hotel is very very easily accessible and in between the main part of the town. Everything is accessed at a walking distance. The hotel staff was also very nice and was able to accommodate all our requests

The room is very spacious & comfortable. The people were very welcoming and kind. The food was amazing and hats off to the waiter Kathy. She was very quick n service was great. The pricing was really good as well.

Customer service was poor. Free Breakfast is very limited especially for vegetarians / Vegans. There should be atleast one hot item in breakfast for Vegetarians. Great location, just 10 minutes walk to reach to top of Niagara View from 🇺🇸 side. All though the day complementary coffee vending machine available for guest staff is amicable to approach

Experience could have been better... location great...food pretty average...door lock and bathroom sewerage could have been better, were barely functional...get much better services in India in that price

The rooms are good but the breakfast was very bad and upto the standards endoresed. Reception staff were polite and helpful

I stayed at this property for two nights and the stay was good. The only thing I would like to see an improvement in is the hotel providing bottled drinking water in the room.

Good parts - 1. The receptionist was really helpful. 2. The location is very convenient. 3. The room was nice and comfortable. Bad parts- 1. I could hear loud thumping sounds of people moving around in the floor above. Also, every time someone passed outside my room, there were loud thumps and sounds. It's probably got to do something with the flooring and construction, but it made it impossible for me to sleep the entire night. 2. The breakfast options are extremely limited and rather disappointing. As a vegetarian, I just had toast and basic pancakes as an option. Even the non vegetarians would just have eggs and saucages.

Very huge room, great amenities in bathroom , Good view. Decent breakfast options, 15-20mins walk to niagra falls. Great restaurants nearby.

The front desk staff was very cold, a welcome smile during check in is the least one asks for. I understand that you're a 3 star hotel but at least get some basic training done. Rooms were good and spacious. Breakfast had basic options to fill up the stomach. Overall an average stay. The highlight was the location and walking distance to niagara falls

On the day we were supposed to leave early morning, the breakfast staff couldn't come in, the single staff manning the reception k, stepped up and got things in control in a matter of minutes. The location is good, we were able to walk to the tourist attractions easily.

No regular housekeeping; no bottles of water in the room, no cabinets in the room, inspite of checking in for 5 guests there was additional cost for the bedding for the 5th guest; shower pressure was very low, windows & doors had rust. I’d probably not prefer this property again

Excellent check in speed. Good clean rooms with all amenities microwave iron locker and coffee machine. Great breakfast spread. Early check-in and late check out on request.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Washroom was nicely maintained with enough toiletries provided. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls and nearby to an amazing Indian Restaurant. People handling front desk could be a little more helpful about providing information about the place.
