Location. Excellent. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Situated at the corner of collins st, it is easily accessible to restaurants and shopping places. Roses store is a 5 minute walk. The bus stops right opposite so one can take this to travel to miami downtown and back. Food. The italian restaurant is good. Though the vegetarian options could be more. A suggestion is that do not take the breakfast included option as then your options are limited. Better to order a la carte from the menu so you get what you want. Pool. Nice and is on the 5th floor. Rooms. It is an art deco Gale South Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, rooms are aplenty. Clean room and the sheets are clean too. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The bathroom is small, but is ok for a stay of 3-4 days. Staff. Special mention to the staff who go out of the way to make your stay nice. Special mention to vivian at the reception, gret, vicente and nicolas the bell boys. And a shout out for ollie in the restaurant who went out of his way to ensure the breakfast was just great.
