Ill managed property

This property is very ill managed. The carpets are stained, and looks like it needs a major over haul. Location is still reasonable as its quiet close to airport. Shuttle service is good & the manager is a very Nice guy. Overall my problem is with the rooms which are ill maintained, facilities are almost none and not useable as well.
