Terrible place to stay.

I reached the Lodge around 6 pm and it took nearly half an hour for the check-in. The lady on the booth was very slow and then I came to know that the wifi doesn't work. When I came to the reception for complaining about wifi, the lady pretended she does not know about the issue and did nothing. Imagine an international traveller with no local sim card stranded for the whole night without wifi. I could not contact anyone or search places around on maps.
