We had booked for 5 nights for stay at hilt-on boston back bay with booking commencing from 28th august. We had paid 100% booking amount in advance. We arrived on 29th morning around 7 am (no sleep. Due to overnight flight)expecting a ready room and smooth check in. To our u terr shock we were told that our booking has been cancel-led due to no show by 28th night. We tried explain g that we had arrived within 24 hours of our booking initiation and our payment was paid for, but we were clearly declined check in. The reception staff was stone cold in response and clearly informed that no senior shall be available before 2 pm. We had to lastly call makemyyrip helpline in india and i tried to reach out to director finance at the hotel through linked in mentioning my ordeal. After almost 3 hours we were offered to carry all our suitcases (6 in numbers) ourselves to gym floor and take some rest / bath in their gym washroom. Finally around 12pm we were informed we had been allotted a room.
