Average Stay
The location of Hotel Tropicana is its best USP. The room though large in size but is pretty average in terms of ambience. The room had a strong and lingering smell of cigarette. Lastly one has to be skilfully adept to check in and check out using the kiosk else one has to stand and wait for quite long in the queue to reach the front desk executive.

Average Stay
familyCheck in was very bad, you give a check in time of 4 pm and then make us stand in queue for an hour. The resort is seriously short on staff. The building is old and rooms do not have a kettle. On the good part, the beach was very nice, the casino was in the hotel and had almost all the games, escape room and other activities for kids makes it a good place. For indians, very less eating options within the hotel and for pure veg guys literally one or two options in all.
